The Hotel

The rooms, available in double or quadruple configurations, offer spacious and thoughtfully designed interiors that combine comfort and functionality in a warm, alpine-inspired style. Some rooms feature a private balcony with sweeping mountain views.

Stay effortlessly connected with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, available in both common areas and guest rooms.

Each room is equipped with heating, a safe, and a flat-screen TV, along with an ensuite bathroom with bathtub — designed to offer maximum comfort and relaxation after a day at altitude.

The Standard Room, approximately 18 m² (194 sq ft), features either two single beds or one large double bed — ideal for couples or short stays.

The Quadruple Room, approximately 28 m² (300 sq ft), includes two single beds and two bunk beds — perfect for families or groups wishing to share a comfortable, well-appointed space.

Our Kids Club offers a safe, structured, and child-friendly environment, where vigilance and well-being are our top priority at every moment. We adhere to a strict ratio of qualified, certified instructors to ensure optimal supervision and constant attention for every group.

Our team is composed of experienced, fully trained professionals, dedicated to caring for the children in complete safety throughout the day. Two directors oversee the entire program, ensuring the smooth running of the club and the strict adherence to all safety and organizational standards.

Every activity is carefully supervised and thoughtfully designed to provide a setting that is both fun and entirely secure — allowing children to fully enjoy their holiday in complete peace of mind, while parents can relax with full confidence.

Kids, Mini et Baby Club

Our children's program is organized by age groups, with tailored activities and safe, professional supervision.

The Baby Club, for children aged 18 months to 2 years, offers a gentle and reassuring environment featuring sensory awakening and motor skills activities from 9 AM to 5 PM, supervised by a specialized team.

The Mini Club, for ages 3 to 5, offers games, discoveries, and creative workshops in a structured and secure setting, also from 9 AM to 5 PM.

The Kids Club, for ages 6 to 11, runs from 9 AM to 9 PM with a comprehensive program combining sports, games, and entertainment, under enhanced supervision.

Every child enjoys personalized and secure care, allowing parents to fully embrace their holiday with complete peace of mind.

Activities & Dining

Every day, all children enjoy outdoor activities, allowing them to fully embrace the fresh mountain air and experience an active, playful, and varied holiday. All outings are carefully organized and supervised by our team to ensure both fun and complete safety.

The Crystal Club also covers, at its own expense, between 2 and 3 activities per week, allowing children to discover even more exciting experiences at no additional cost to families.

On-site, play structures such as trampolines are available, always under the watchful eye of our instructors, providing extra moments of entertainment in a fully secure environment.

For all three sections, lunch is entirely included and supervised by our team. For the two older sections, children also enjoy an included evening meal, served and overseen by our instructors — ensuring continuous supervision and a seamless experience throughout the day.

The Crystal Club is also — and above all — deeply committed to the strict observance of the laws of Kashrut.

Our Glatt Kosher Lemehadrin retreat is placed under the supervision of Rabbi Ephraim Cremisi of Montreal.

He is the co-founder, alongside Rabbi Osher Yaakov Westheim, of the BADATZ IGUD RABBANIM.

Rabbi of the Mekor Chochma community and Dayan in Montreal, he holds several Semichot received from Rabbi Wosner, as well as from numerous other prominent Rabbanim in Israel.

He has also been awarded two Semichot of Dayanut, granted by Rabbi Mordechai Gross and Rabbi Breisch, making this certification one of the most highly respected in France, Europe, Canada, and around the world.

Jewish Life

At the heart of our retreats, Jewish life holds an essential place, allowing each guest to enjoy a restful holiday while remaining deeply connected to their values and spirituality.

An on-site synagogue is available, where the daily Shacharit, Mincha, and Arvit services can be held in a structured and respectful setting. The presence of a Sefer Torah allows for authentic, communal Tefilot in a true spirit of fellowship and togetherness.

Throughout the stay, daily Torah classes are offered to both men and women, covering a wide range of accessible and engaging topics. These moments of study provide a true opportunity to deepen one's knowledge, strengthen one's connection, and share enriching exchanges with others.

Classes are led by a variety of Rabbanim and qualified speakers, each bringing their own unique approach and teaching style — ensuring a rich diversity of content and a vibrant experience tailored to all.

In this way, the spiritual dimension naturally accompanies the entire stay, bringing meaning, balance, and elevation to every day.
